Destiny LeVere Bolling was born in Virginia and lives in Henrico. Bolling earned a B.A. in political science, international relations, and Latin American Iberian studies from the University of Richmond and an M.A. in international affairs from George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs. Her career experience includes working as the communications director of the Virginia AFL-CIO.
