Our Leadership
Chairman- Fred Maldanado
Fred was born in 1950, the third of eleven children. He served in the U. S. Coast Guard
as a photojournalist/public affairs officer from 1969 to 1990.
While stationed in Juneau, Alaska in 1972 he and Judy were joined in holy matrimony.
They raised three sons. Today, they are grandparents to 11 beautiful grandchildren.

Treasurer-Daniel Bolin
For over 21 years, I've had the privilege of working in industries that allow me to help improve people's lives and living spaces. I spent 15 rewarding years as a regional remodel manager, overseeing projects that transformed stores through renovations and additions. There's nothing quite like the satisfaction of revealing a stunning new store to a delighted customer .
The last 6 years, I transitioned to the home health care field as a staffing director. In this role, I matched compassionate caregivers with clients needing assistance at home. Ensuring our elderly and disabled community members could remain safe and comfortable in familiar surroundings was immensely gratifying work.
When I'm not on the job, I love exploring historical areas and learning about the rich heritage of the places I visit. From colonial towns to ancient ruins, discovering the stories behind the buildings and streets connects me to the past in a tangible way. Whether for work or leisure, I'm always seeking opportunities to enhance people's daily environments and experiences. It's what drives my passion.
